Metro buses redirected to Kumasi Sports Stadium

Accra, Feb 20, GNA - In a bid to ensure a massive support for the national U-23 team, the Black Meteors against their Algerian counterparts in their Olympic Game qualifier on Sunday, all the Metro-buses in the Kumasi Metropolis have been directed to ferry fans in from the metropolis to the stadium to lend their massive support to the home team.

A statement signed by Mr Kofi Aggrey, Publics Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (EYS) copied to the GNA Sports said the measure is to facilitate the movement of all categories of soccer fans interested in watching the match to do so in their numbers without any hindrance or difficulty.

Meanwhile, the Ministry has announced the rate for the games as, the popular stand 10,000 cedis, whilst the Extended Wings and Wings would go for 50,000 cedis and 30,000 cedis respectively. The VIP Stand will go for 100,000 cedis while 20,000 cedis would be charged at the centerline.
