Mahatma Otoo nets for Umraniyespor in slender victory

Former Accra Hearts of Oak striker Mahatma Otoo scored the only goal for Umraniyespor as they defeated Giresunspor on Saturday at the Ümraniye Sports Stadium.

Mahatma Otoo, 25, netted in the 52nd minute for Umraniyespor in the Turkish second tier league.

It was Otoo's first goal for Umraniyespor after joining as a free agent during the winter transfer window in January.

Mahatma Otoo played the entire duration of the keenly contested game while his compatriot Seidu Salifu came on as a substitute in the 63rd minute.
