Kotoko IMC Declare Support For Impending New Management

A member of the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of Kotoko in charge of Finance and administration, George Ayisi Boateng has pledged that his colleagues in the IMC and himself would continue to support Kotoko with body and soul if Otumtuo Osei Tutu II dissolves their administration.

Sounding biblical and philosophical, Ayisi Boateng on SPACE FM this morning said, Otumfuo stated clearly that a substantive management would be put in place so he is not surprised at Otumfuos decision.

The owner and the sole shareholder of the club, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II is expected to make official annoucement on the dissolution of the IMC on Saturday 10th january 2004. At the same time, a new Board of Directors would be costituted. An impeccable source close to Manhyia has hinted that P.V. Obeng would be the chairman of the Board. Other personalities expected on the board are Messers Kenedy Agyapong, Kwabena Kesse, Yaw Bawuah and Kwame Despite.

The source also hinted that the position of a new CEO for the Club would also be advertised for interested applicants to apply.
