Liberty Professionals sign former GPL star Papa Arko

Liberty Professionals have confirmed the signing of Ernest Papa Arko who last played for an Egyptian side, AL- Etang Al- Harby.

The former Zamalek attacker is expected to add his rich experience to the Scientific Soccer Lads’ attacking force for the new season.

Speaking to ATL FM of Cape Coast, a member of the Communication team, Godfred Akoto emphasized that his unit wants to fortify their squad with few experience players but they will continue to nurture the young talents to keep the team’s philosophy alive.

“It is true that Liberty has signed Ernest Papa Arko who travelled outside and we are expected to add more of the young ones to the team before the transfer window shut down,” he said.

Liberty is expected to beef up their squad ahead of the season after releasing the likes of Daniel Kodie and others.
