GN Division One League starting date in limbo

The GN Division One League will not come off on the 18th of December as scheduled by the Ghana Football Association.

Football Ghana.com can however confirm that, the scheduled date of the commencement of the Division League will not take off because some of the regional division two leagues have not declared their champions, hence the conversation about the promoted clubs to the division for the new season will not be confirmed on time before the FA Annual Ordinary Congress scheduled date.

The FIFA statutes state that it is mandatory for any football league in the world to have one month rest period at the end of every football league season.
