Ghana's U17 women's team, the Black Maidens yesterday lost by one goal to two, in their quarter-final encounter to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The Koreans took the lead before Ghana drew parity. But in the dying embers of the game, the Koreans sealed victory by scoring the second goal.
