The match was the start of a tough week in which Ajax will host AC Milan on Wednesday and Feyenoord next Sunday in the Amsterdam Arena.

The 21-year old Ghanaian played on loan for Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen in Belgian first division league last year, scoring two goals as a midfielder.
