Isaac Cofie’s side Carpi were among three relegated clubs in the Italian Serie A this season.

The Ghana midfielder played a cameo in their 2-1 win at Udinese but that was not enough to keep them in the top-flight.

He played a total of 29 matches including 26 starts for the newly-promoted side on loan from Genoa.

The 25-year-old could still play in the Italian Serie A as he will return to his parent club.
