Swansea close in on Jonathan Mensah

Playing for Évian Thonon Gaillard since 2011/12 and likely to leave as a free agent next summer, after 5 seasons in a row spent playing for French club, Ghanaian international centre-back Jonathan Mensah (25) has been targeted by Swansea City.

This is due to the will of manager Francesco Guidolin, who trained him in Udinese back in 2010, though for a very short amount of time.
