Ghana youth midfielder Asiedu Attobrah got his first playing minutes at Belgian side Kortrijk as he came off the substitute bench to play in their 4-2 win over Dutch second-tier side NAC Breda on Saturday.

The 20-year-old, who played for Ghana at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand, has failed to draw playing minutes under his belt since arriving at the club in the summer.

But on Saturday, when his side took on the Dutch lower-tier side in preparation for the resumption of the Belgian Pro League, Kortrijk manager Johan Walem handed him his first playing minute.

Attobrah came off the bench at the start of the second half and immediately made an impact as his shot was instinctively stopped by Breda custodian Ten Rouwelaar five minutes after his entry.

Kortrijk acquired Attobrah from Ghanaian Premier League side New Edubiase United FC.
