Ajumako district wins 'under 15 sports festival

Saltpond. July 21 GNA- The Ajumako district emerged the over-all champions in the primary schools under "15" sports festival held at Saltpond last Saturday. Disciplines competed for were soccer, table tennis and netball. In the soccer division Ajumako beat Breman Asikuma 2-1 and Mfantseman district 1-0. They also beat Asikuma 14-7 and lost 6-15 to Mfantseman in the netball competition. Mfantseman put more smiles in the faces of their supporters when they also beat Ajumako 2-1 in the boys and girls division in the finals of the table tennis encounter.
