Ghana winger Albert Adomah marked his injury return in grand style after scoring in Middlesbrough’s 3-0 victory over Charlton Athletic in the English Championship on Saturday.

The 27-year-old who had previously missed Boro’s League Cup win over Manchester United found the back of the net in the 66th minute.

Adomah received a pass from his teammate Emiliano Nsue to net his second goal of the season after David Nugent had shot the home team into the lead in the 60th minute.

Daniel Ayala put the icing on the cake by scoring the third for Aitor Karanka’s side 12 minutes from time to snatch victory at home.

Middlesbrough are now 4th on the League table with 27 points after fourteen matches.
