Isaac 'Royal Storm' Dogboe once again demonstrated his huge abilities in the ring following a dominant performance on the way to a 6th round technical knockout of Aminu Turkson in Accra on Saturday in only his second ever fight in Ghana.

Dogboe who was raised in England, made his professional debut in Switzerland before fights in Ireland and the USA, only made his Ghana debut back on September 12 when he stopped Raymond Ansah at Wembley Park, Kotobabi in Accra.

Last Saturday was another fight night for the 21 year old, this time on the undercard of the Issah Samir versus Philip Kotey's Ghana and West Africa Middleweight championship on the Millionaires Boxing for Charity bill at the Golden Tulip Hotel in the Ghanaian capital.

Once again, Dogboe who is trained by his father, Paul was dominant and in control throughout the five rounds the fight lasted until Turkson's corner thought they had taken enough punishment and failed to answer the bell for round 6.

It means Dogboe improved to 9 career wins, no losses with 5 knockouts to boot after outclassing his opponent in the fight the boxer nicknamed Royal Storm's team used as dress rehearsal for his WBO Africa Featherweight championship against George Krampah in the Volta Region next month.

"I have this big fight for the WBO Africa title coming up in Keta on November 6 so this fight was a warm-up, that's why I didn't overstretch myself. I thank everybody for the support and I promise to keep working hard," Dogboe said in the ring after his victory.
