New Edubiase twin brothers Alhassan and Fuseini Nuhu have vowed to continue to make history in the Ghana Premier League after the duo scored a goal each once again to hand the Bekwai-based club a 2-1 win over Berekum Chelsea.
The Nuhu brothers became the first set of twins to score in a Premier League game in Ghana after their two strikes propelled New Edubiase to beat Hearts of Oak in a matchday seven game.
The Nuhu twins after their heroics displayed against the Blues said their aim is to continue making history in the Ghanaian top-flight.
“We have one aim in the ongoing league – to continue making history in the Ghana Premier League - because this is the second time we have scored in a premier league game,” Fuseini told Starrfmonline.com.
“Our performance in the league are not flukes but determination and hard work which we are reaping positive results from.”
Alhassan, a midfielder, has netted three goals this season while Fuseini Nuhu is a joint top-scorer in the competition with six goals.
