Re: NSA boss Atippoe cannot help u Ray Quarcoo

In the past few months, I have been notified by a cross-section of the public of the insults and derogatory publications posted in the social media by one Solomon Otoo Lartey. For my decency, I resolved not to allow myself to be dragged into the filth of his vulgarism.

In his last publication in the Friday 16th May edition of the Boxing News; in the following words “Mr. Ray Quarcoo has so abysmally failed to achieve anything but repeated failures during his tenure of office to the benefit of his selfish and greedy interests” he attacked my very personality; with the intent to cause public disaffection against me. I strongly object to his vulgar statements; it is very damaging to my hard earned reputation and an insult to my conscience.

Whoever this Mr. Solomon Otoo is, sequel to the above, I request him to submit a letter of a clear and unqualified apology and retraction, published prominently in the various media he used for the said publications within seven (7) days of this notice.
