Ghana star Kevin linked with Italy return

Ghana star midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is likely to head back to Italy at the end of the season with AS Roma reportedly being his next destination.

According to reports in the Italian media, the 27-year-old wants to be close to his girlfriend Melissa Satta who delivered a son for the former German youth international and would push for a move from German side Schalke 04 at the end of the season.

Melissa, who is a model and TV personality, wants to return to her home country and Boateng wants to join her to be close to his new family.

AS Roma are set to lose influential midfielder Miralem Pjanic to either PSG or Barcelona and Rudi Garcia has set his sights on Boateng as replacement for the midfielder.

Boateng joined Schalke just under a season ago from Italian giants AC Milan in August 2013 and has scored 6 times in 27 appearances for them.
