Ghana make one change against Egypt

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has made only one change to the team that beat Egypt 6-1 in the first-leg as Harrison Afful replaces Samuel Inkoom in defence.

Goalkeeper Fatau Dauda will man the post and will be shielded by Afful, Daniel Opare, Jerry Akaminko, and Rashid Sumaila.

The midfield consists of Michael Essien, Andre Ayew, Sulley Muntari and Kwadwo Asamoah whiles Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan partners Abdul Majeed Waris up-front.
