Grunsah threatens to kill Referee Amoah

Bankroller of King Faisal Football club, Alhaji Karim Grunsah, on Saturday, threatened to kill referee Prince Amoah if his side lost the day six match of the Ghana Premier League to Amidaus Professionals.

Grunsah accused referee Amoah of demanding a bribe ahead of the game but refused to oblige.

He suspects his refusal to bribe the referee was the reason his team were down by 2-1 after the first 45 minutes of the game.

“I will deal with you after this match,” Alhaji Grunsah threatened.

“You asked me for money before the game and I refused and I know that is the reason why you are being bias towards my team. I will kill you if we lose this game”, he ranted.

King Faisal drew first blood before Amidaus equalised and went on to take the lead before the first half ended.

Referee Prince Amoah was assisted by Kenneth Bentil and Abu Williams.
