Godfred Saka has a medical problem - J.E. Sarpong

Aduana Stars coach, J.E. Sarpong has revealed right back Godfred Saka is currently struggling with a medical situation.

Saka has been the best player for Aduana over the past three seasons but has been limited to cameo appearances this season prompting speculation of a fall out with Sarpong.

Speaking after his team’s derby draw with FC Berekum, J.E. Sarpong revealed that his most prized asset was struggling physically.

“I cannot give any details but I can tell you he has a medical problem we are working on. We are bringing me along slowly hence his substitute appearance in the last two games we have played.”

Coach Sarpong also explained the full extent of club goalkeeper Stephen Adams’ plight after picking up a knock in the cause of the game.

“Adams’ injury is not too serious. He will be good to go after the rest during the international break."
