Ghanaian-based FIFA referee, Rockey-Fella Mensah is alleged to have committed suicide in his hometown in the Volta Region.

Sources say that the FIFA referee went missing after a meal with his family. A search in the neighborhood later found his body hanging from a tree.

An investigation has commenced into the cause of the death. Meanwhile the Chairman of the Ghana Football Association, Ben Koufie has expressed his condolence to the bereaved family.
