GABF To Stage President Mills Memorial Boxing Night

The Ghana Amateur Boxing Federation (GABF) is staging a Boxing Night on Friday, 21st September, 2012 at the Rlg/Hathiramani Sports Hall – Accra Sports Stadium in memory of the late President, Professor J.E.A. Mills.
The event which is scheduled to commence at 7pm promises to generate lots of fireworks and excitement as the Black Bombers Team ‘B’ take on Team ‘A’ in a thrilling 10-bout encounter.
The event will feature Black Bombers veterans Duke Micah, Sulemanu Tetteh, Benjamin Lamptey among others. It will also feature Female sensations, Rose Awatey and Emilia Appiah.
Having fought early this year in an exhibition bout at the Bridge Boxing Gym, the two females will face each other again as they pursue their dream of spear heading women boxing in the country.
The Federation wishes to invite the General public and all boxing enthusiasts to come witness an explosive Night of Boxing.
