Dede: Jordan will explode this season

Andre Dede Ayew reckons this is the season his brother Jordan Ayew will finally come to life for Olympic Marseille.

The Ayew brothers were instrumental for Marseille in the final stages of last season when they made a late dash for the title before missing out to Lille.

Dede was named Marseille player of the season in the process but reckons the man who could well be Marseille's most influential player this term will be his younger brother Jordan.

"I think Jordan will have a big, big season," he told KickOffGhana.com. "At his age he has shown incredible ability already and I think this season he would get even better. I don’t want to put any pressure on him with the things I say but we would all see."

The Ayew brothers both played a part in Marseille's opening game of the season when Jordan replaced Dede in the game. They have formed a close pair both on and off the field but Dede knows it won’t last forever.

"We live together; we do a lot of things together. We have been lucky to have it this way and know it won’t be like this forever. We are just enjoying it for now."
