Walking wounded get all-clear for Morocco clash

SEGOU, Mali, Jan 20 -- Ghana received a huge boost Sunday ahead of Monday's moutwatering clash with African Nations Cup Group B rivals Morocco when four of their leading players were passed fit officials told AFP.

"We have been told by the doctors that all the players nursing one injury or the other are okay now," said assistant coach Francis Oti-Akenteng.

"All but Prince Amoakoh, who has a sore heel as a result of blisters from his boots, are now back in training. That is very good news for us."

The affected players are Derek Boateng, Michael Essien and Czech-based Baffour Djan.
