No way back for Pantsil at Fulham

There’s no way back for Ghanaian defender John Pantsil at Craven Cottage, says new Fulham boss Martin Jol.
The right-back was among several players who were set to be sacked by former coach Mark Hughes.
It was thought Pantsil along with Diomansy Kamara, Eddie Johnson and Matthew Saunders could be given another chance by new coach Jol.
Pantsil’s contract with Fulham expires at the end of the month.
And while Jol has offered a lifeline to wantaway winger Zoltan Gera, it’s understood the rest of the names on Sparky’s released list will stand.
The exits will free up cash for the Dutchman – appointed on a two-year deal yesterday – who has already been busy identifying transfer targets ahead of the new campaign.
