Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz has downplayed questions about his contract, insisting his main focus is serving Ghana and helping the team win games.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, the Portuguese coach said his priority is delivering results with the Black Stars rather than discussing his contract length.
"This stage of my life depends on what I'm able to deliver to the Black Stars. I'm not here to have an engagement of a contract. My contract is to serve the Black Stars, to win games and make it right for the team," Queiroz said.

He added that he would be willing to continue with the Black Stars for as long as Ghana's football authorities are satisfied with his work.
"If Ghana football is happy with me, it's not two, three, four years; it is 10 years. But if Ghana football is not happy with me, I keep going, happy with Black Stars and Ghana. I keep going, supporting Black Stars.
"If Ghana football talks, we have to choose the best people to come and serve Black Stars. So I'm not here for a contract; I'm here to serve the Black Stars. One day, one year, 10 years, only God knows," he added.
