    Kudus has to be included. You never know if he’ll recover in time by the knock-out stage. It is worth the risk putting his name down.

    It's quite interesting to learn that during the Mexico friendly, Carlos Queiroz was training with other players in Cardiff, although we were informed he was unavailable for personal reasons.
