Make sure each university athletic department hires these former athletes as coaches..secondly make sure these universities have a scholarship program for athletes to study and attend school free. Thirdly, make inter colleges to regionals very mandatory..apply the same approach to JHS and primary and give tax breaks to corporate gh to sponsor athletes and such competitions. Lastly, gh athletics must do what gfa is doing if you see foreign gh kids running well overseas go and poach them.to represent Ghana and also engage with schools/athletic directors, track coaches in America to come.to shs inter regionals and scout athletes..if you dont have an idea what to do i have given you the blueprint
