Member of Parliament for Old Tafo, Vincent Ekow Assafuah, was spotted at Old Trafford over the weekend watching Manchester United's Premier League game against Aston Villa.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) lawmaker attended the match together with his newly wedded wife Dr Charis as the pair enjoyed the atmosphere at the famous stadium, widely known as the “Theatre of Dreams.”
A video circulating on social media showed the Ghanaian politician seated in the stands during the game, joining thousands of fans to witness the Premier League clash.
Manchester United defeated Aston Villa 3-1 to strengthened their first for a Champions League slot as they moved to the third position on the Premier League table with 54 points.
Casemiro, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko got the goals to secure a convincing victory for Manchester United while Ross Barkley got the consolation goal for Aston Villa.
