Mr Ebenezer Adabalanu, Chief Executive Officer of the Tema Country Golf Club said the event, which would be sponsored by the Club, has very attractive prizes at stake.

He said the event would as usual be played under the local rules of the Club and the rules of the Royal Ancient Club of Scotland. Mr Adablanu said some of the golfers who would be featuring in the event include Kojo Choi, holder of the 2008 Captain's Prize, Alex Fiagomey, Felix Owusu-Adjapong and Kofi Gyau, all of Tema Country Golf Club.
