GHALCA in search of an Administrative Manager

Accra, Oct. 12, GNA - The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has said it is seeking the services of an energetic and knowledgeable individual to fill a vacancy of an Administrative Manager to handle the affairs of the august body.

The duties of the successful manager would include overseeing to the effective running of the Association, supervise and manage the resources of the association to be uptimally utilised.

According to a release issued from the secretariat of the Association copied to the GNA Sports, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with members and ensure that they all have full benefits of the use of the secretariat.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of ten years working experience in an managerial position with the deadline for submission of application being Oct 31 2007.

The Administrative Manager would act as Secretary to the Executive Council of the Association and would handle correspondence between the Association and all its stakeholders.

The requirements of the candidate include a minimum of a Senior High School Certificate (Senior Secondary and Advanced level Certificate of Education) while a post- Senior High School Education would be an advantage.

The successful applicant who must not be more than 35 years old, must be computer-literate with at least a knowledge of MS Windows, Ms Word and Ms Excel while a knowledge of the workings of Ghana football would be advantage.
