Nigerian takes Ghana Citizenship

18 yr old german-based Nigeria player Ben Adebayo looks set to take on Ghanaian citizenship in time to play for Ghana at the African Youth Championship In march.

The player has already spoken to GFA officials about his desire to play for Ghana. GFA president Jawula is excited at the prospect and efforts are underway to fast-track citizenship papers for the young Nigerian, who previously lived in Ghana for a few years.
