Oblogo Stars defeat Bubiashie Surprising Stars

Oblogo, (GAR), Oct 16, GNA -- Two classic goals by slippery Samuel Agyiri of Oblogo Nikwab Professionals helped to deflate the hopes of Bubiashie Surprising Stars in their Division Two League encounter played at the Oblogo Park on Sunday.

The match ended 3-0 in favour of the Oblogo lads at the end of the full time.

Surprising Stars showed early signals of carrying the day as they forced the home side to play defensively which they managed to do admirably till the end of the first half.

On resumption of the second session Nikwab's head striker, Isaac Ashirifie connected home a powerful shot in the 52nd minute that was punched by the Stars keeper into his own net to open the flood gates for goals.
