Hasaacas beat RTU

Sekondi Hasaacas beat visiting Real Tamale United (RTU) 1-0 in a One-Touch Premier League match at the Sekondi Gyandu Park.

Samuel Ellis scored the lone goal for Hasacaas after taking advantage of a defensive blunder by the opponents in the 53rd minute. His powerful shot flew past RTU goalkeeper Michael Abu and landed in the net.

RTU fought back for the equaliser but relaxed their efforts after they failed to find the net after about 10 minutes of intensive attacking football.

In the 70th minute, Hasaacas regained control and created a number of scoring chances but good goalkeeping by Michael Abu prevented a goal harvest for the homers.
