Zamalek loan Ghanaian striker Ben Acheampong to Petrojet

Egyptian giants Zamalek have loaned out Ghanaian forward Ben Acheampong to rivals Petrojet for six months, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.

The former Asante Kotoko and Wa All Stars player joined the White Knights in last year from El Dakhleya SC after a scintillating campaign where he scored 10 goals in all competitions.

The 27-year-old has failed to impress at the five time African champions since joining.

He managed to make just six appearances, scoring twice.

The Petroleum club are currently sitting thirteenth on the Egyptian top-flight table whilst Zamalek SC lie fifth.
