Egyptian Premier League club Zamalek have finally unveiled top transfer target Junior Agogo.

The Cairo club presented the Ghana striker along with their four other signings Ayman Abdul-Aziz, Mahmoud Samir, Amr Adel, Alaa Kamal together with new manager Reiner Hollmann.

"I am happy to be finally here. The move has been hampered several times but when we held head-to-head talks things went fast," Agogo said at a press conference.

The former Nottingham Forest target man has penned a three-year contract with the club.

Hollmann is already looking forward to his first competitive match in charge, which happens to be against bitter rivals El Ahly.

"We will have a difficult season opener against Ahly but the key to success is discipline," said the German.

Meanwhile, Zamalek board member Al-Hosseini has slammed the club's president Mahmoud Abbas for signing Agogo.

Al-Hosseini told Dream Sports that the 29-year-old forward was signed to bolster Abbas' presidential campaign, rather than for his footballing ability
