Former Black Queens head coach, Yusif Basigi is not pleased with his dismissal.

The former Sekondi Hasaacas trainer was replaced by Didi Dramani with assistance from former Black Queens player and retired FIFA referee Mercy Tagoe after leaving for a short internship program with two female clubs in Belgrade. It has been however reported that Basigi was never informed about the decision.

The Ghana Football Association however replaced him with former Asante Kotoko manager Didi Dramani as part of their attempt to reshuffle the backroom staff of the various National teams.
Speaking to Footballmadeinghana.com, Basigi expressed his dissatisfaction about the decision of the GFA.

“How can a cup winning coach be sacked? I don’t just understand.
“I cannot tell why this has to happen but I have taken it normal maybe they will give me a new team to handle.

“The ministry still owe us $12,000 after we won the all Africa Games in Congo in 2015.
“They promised us $25,000 but they have only paid $13,000.“The girls have been calling me always asking when the money will come." He added.

Yusif Basigi was hoping to prepare the Queens for the Africa's Women's Championship that will be hosted in Ghana next year.
