Women AFCON: Ghana Black Queens beat Police Ladies 4-0

The National Women’s Senior Team, Black Queens beat Police Ladies by 4-0 at the Ghanaman Soccer School of Excellence on Saturday in preparation to the Women’s African Cup of Nations to be hosted by Ghana later this year.

Sandra Owusu Ansah, Gladys Amfobea, Jane Ayiyeyam and Grace Asantewaa scored for the Black Queens in duration time.

Sandra Owusu got the first goal before Gladys Amfobea extended the lead to two from the spot. Jane Ayiyeyam and Grace Asantewaa made it a resounding victory for the Queen’s by getting the third and fourth goal.

Head Coach Bashiru Hayford led the team to victory as preparation to the tournament gets closer which is scheduled to start in October and ends in December 2018.
