Who is Christopher Opoku on Division One League Board?

I was so astonished to hear the news that the most astute Division One League Board chairman, Mr. Kwame Ntow Fianko has resigned from his post because of this so-called sports journalist, Christopher Opoku and the rest in that sector.

It’s assumed to be true that when a presenter gets a position in any high office, arrogance becomes the order of the day. Christopher, when he was at Luv FM in Kumasi by then was very sober in character but when gradually he came into the limelight and got into the offices of the GFA, he thinks he is higher and that his colleagues in this same medium especially those in Brong Ahafo Region would have to reach his level before they can even have an interview access from him. Christopher must know that he comes nowhere nearer to Ntow Fianko in terms of administration. The knowledge and 18 years of experience of Mr. Fianko in that field must not be taken for granted by a mere sports journalist who knows nothing about administration.

The FA must hurriedly act to restore Mr. Ntow Fianko back. Ntow Fianko is one of the oldest surviving Board members in the division one league board and it is so appalling that, Christopher and his cronies had a meeting without his consent. Any true and non-stomach sports journalist in this nation would choose Ntow ahead of Christopher in terms of effective and experienced administration delivery. Ghana football needs the knowledge and ideas of Mr. Ntow Fianko in the division one league. Sports presenters must know their bounds.
