On Thursday in France, the draw for the upcoming tournament was held and Ghana has been housed in Group A alongside host nation France, Netherlands and New Zealand.

“You can’t underestimate any team. We have to prepare well to meet any team and play well. We have to psych the girls up mentally because the home crowd won’t favour them in that game,” Basigi noted on Happy FM.

“Every team is beatable but it’s too early to point out which team is the strongest or the weakest in the group.”

After facing France in the opening fixture, the Black Princesses will take on New Zealand before rounding off against the Netherlands.
