Black Stars attacker Mohammed Kudus was in action as Tottenham Hotspur recorded a resounding 3-1 victory over Coventry City on October 19, 2026.
The Ghanaian forward, who played on the right wing, posed a constant threat with his sharp movement and dribbling skills, helping to create scoring opportunities.
In the 14th minute, Kudus collected the ball near the centre circle, controlled it well, beat his marker, surged forward and passed to James Maddison, whose brilliant strike found the back of the net.

Coventry responded shortly after half-time, with Jack Rudoni capitalising on a rebound inside the box to equalise.
Spurs regained control through their resilient play when Omar Marmoush latched onto a pass from Andrew Robertson to restore their lead.
In the dying moments of the game, Ben Davies’ thunderous volley from the edge of the box sealed an emphatic 3-1 victory for Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
Despite his impressive performance, Kudus appeared to suffer an injury towards the end of the game and was seen limping off the pitch. This could be a concern for Ghanaians as they look forward to his participation in the November 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
Kudus played a key role in Spurs’ victory as the team looked to improve on their results in previous games.
