Ghana international Abdul Majeed Waris opened his Spartak Moscow accounts with a double on Friday night when they beat Romanian side FC Otelul Galati in a friendly game in Spain.
Waris who won the goal king award in the Swedish Allsvagen last season with BK Hacken scored early in the first half with a powerful grounder after he had weaved his way through a forest of legs.
The striker then pounced on the ball after a defensive mixed-up before dancing round the goalkeeper for the goal for his personal second which proved to be the match winner.
The former Right to Dream Academy player was replaced in the 66th minute and was applauded by the fans for his quality display.
