The Black Stars of Ghana cruised to a scintillating 3-1 finish to maintain the lead in Group H relegating the Mambas of Mozambique to the bottom of the table.

Goals from Frabnk Acheampong, John Boye and Jordan Ayew ensured the Mambas remained winless after three matches in the group.

Manjate Apson fetched the consolation goal for the Mambas with a few minutes to end proceedings.
