Talented young Ghanaian left-back Baba Rahman received an overwhelming plaudit across the world for his veritable performance against French giants Paris Saint Germain in the UEFA Champions League on Tuseday night.

Despite Chelsea’s 1-2 loss at the Parc de Princes, the 21-year-old, who was signed from Ausburg in the summer, put up an incredible display for the Blues, making several incursions into the hosts area, and whipping in an innumerable deadly crosses.

Rahman, a former Asante Kotoko player was given a rare start by manager Guus Hiddink in the absence of John Terry and Kurt Zouma, and the Ghanaian who has a 100% record in champions league for Chelsea, made the opportunity count on the night.

The youngster kept trending during and after the game with several highlights in the match, including rounding up PSG’s iconic striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, turning in winger Lucas Moura and sending in a curly cross which found Diego Costa’s head for what looked like Chelsea’s eaqualiser, before being tipped over by goalkeeper Kevin Trapp.
