Tony Yeboah Appointed Board Chairman

Former Okwahu Utd and Blackstars player, Anthony Yeboah has been appointed the Board Chairman after acquisition of shares from newly promoted premiership club Berekum Chelsea.

The latest appointment has now brought changes into the club as the former Board Chairman Mr.Emmanuel Kyeremeh now becomes the president.Meanwhile, Obed Nana Kwame Nketiah still maintains the position as the club's Chief Executive Officer.

Disclosing this information to this journalist,Nana Obed Nketiah said the board of directors now moves three after selling of forty percent shares to Anthony Yeboah. On the otherhand, a technical director has been also appointed for the club to make the technical running of the club smoothly who is in the person of former Accra Hearts of Oak and Olympics player Nii Noi Thompson.

The board of directors has also heed to the advised by the GFA to use the name Berekum Chelsea rather than the Bechem Chelsea because since the inception of the club and every documents about the club at the GFA bears the name Berekum Chelsea and not Bechem Chelsea.
