Thailand FA Chases Ghanaian Goalkeeper

A Twenty one year old Ghanaian Goalkeeper, Issah Mujib has been in the news of Thailand after the Thai FA want the youngster to change his Nationality and play for them.

Mujib, a first choice for Thai’s Timpon FC and Premier league leaders side who has been a safer pair for the club as he has conceded only four goals over forty competitive appearances.

Most of the football enthusiasts in Thailand calls Mujib ‘the magic hands’ because his ability to save crucial situations and very difficult to beat him in post ,others linking him to former France International and Manchester United player Fabian Bartez because of his exploits.

Speaking to C-Sports, goalkeeper Mujib announced that the Thai FA President as well as high profile Sports personalities in that country are persuading him to play for Thailand’s National Team of which he has since declined.

Mujib has however expressed his interest to play for one of the Ghanaian National Teams and assured his preparedness to answer to a call to serve his Mother Ghana.
