Mallam Yahaya believes the Black Queens head coach will do better as a technical director and has raised issues of temperament against the two-times Ghana premier league winning coach.

Former King Faisal Coach Mallam Yahaya has advised the head coach of Black Queens Bashir Hayford to take a Technical director role instead of working as a head coach.

According to Yahaya , the former Asante Kotoko and Ashantigold boss is more of theory coach and is not practically a good coach despite winning two Ghana premier league titles.

” For me I think he ( Bashir Hayford) should be a technical director now. He is more like a theory coach not practical coach.

“Players of today want you to show them not only telling them. Bashir Hayford can’t do that now” He told Zuria FM Sports.

The former Ghana international defender was assessing Hayford following the elimination of the Black Queens in the ongoing African Women Cup of Nations in Ghana and raised concern about the the hot-blooded nature of the Black Queens coach.

“He is too temperamental.

“There was a time I face him During my days at King Faisal. A player made a fault which led us to beat them. After the game I went to greet the players but Bashir Hayford shouted at the player asking why he was greeting me.

“If you can’t control your temper. It will be very difficult for players to understand you” He added
