Ghanaian Division One side Tema Youth are threatening to report the disciplinary wings of the Ghana Football Association to FIFA'sCourt of Arbitration for Sport over their decisions in their boardroom tussle with Dreams FC.

The Tema-based side were hit with another disappointment on Wednesday the Review wing of the DC dismissed their application to quash the Discipline Committee to declare them losers of their protest against Dreams FC for fielding an unqualified player in their Division League game.

The Review Committee withheld the decision of the DC leaving Youth just an option - to appear before CAS for resolution of the case which has trended for close to two months.

Youth Sporting Director Winfried Osei Kwaku, who is the current chairman of Ghana's U20 Management Committee, insisted his side will appear CAS for proper redress on the issue.

"It is part of the issues resolution within the GFA's regulations and we will appear CAS over their decision. I will not describe them with words but it is their view on the matter and we will appear to CAS to have a look at the issue," he told Accra-based Asempa FM.

The former Ghana Premier League side have up to 21 days from the release of the Review Committee's decision to appear to CAS.

Tema Youth are unsatisfied with an earlier decision by the Discipline Committee and have gone through to Appeal and other redress channels.
