Minister for Youth and Sports, Isaac Asiamah inspected the on-going construction of multipurpose Youth and Sports Centre in the Ashanti Region on Monday, 14 January 2019.

He paid a visit to one of the region's sports complex promised by the NPP government and it's being constructed in all ten regions of the country.

The project will have a 5000 (expandable) capacity FIFA standard stadium, an 8-lane tartan track, a multipurpose sports court and an ICT Resource Centre.

The other facilities are a Youth Counseling Centre, a gym and a modern restaurant.
