Lawrence Quaye will not stay with French Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne for the next season. The manager said that Liberty International, Quaye's ex-club, want more money for him.

The son of ex Olympics & Ghanaian international defender, Awuley Quaye, signed for the French side in January 2003. He was loaned by Liberty for a six-months deal.
