Black Stars head coach aspirant, Fabrizio Ravanelli, has reiterated his desire to help the Black Stars realize it dreams of breaking the 35-year trophy-less jinx, if he is appointed as substantive head coach.
Ghana parted ways with former Chelsea boss, Avram Grant, whose contract was not renewed after he failed in his mandate to win the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations that was staged in Gabon.
According to the Italian tactician, he has submitted his CV to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), as he yearns to become first white coach to win the African Cup of Nation trophy and other major cups for the Black Stars.
“I want to be the first white boss to win the African cup with the help of the technical staff led by me of course” he told Kumasi-based radio station, Ashh FM.
He added: “It is important to work very hard and when you work hard and you are professional everything is possible. I have a very good program and every result is possible…I am very ready for this new job and I think it is a very good experience for me.”
